by ath3ist Mine just says iPad on the back (had to take stupid case off just to see it, no way I can find in software to tell). It's running latest OS so to me it should be supported.

by wrrlykam You can also look in the SETTINGS>>ABOUT and look at what it says in the MODEL field. Google the model number and it will tell you the model name and other gumf.Mine was MGKL2B/A.

by wrrlykam I just recalled having a similar problem with an app. In the end deleted the app and downloading the thing again a fresh and it solved the problem. Worth a try if you haven't tried it yet.
