Hey I'm just seeing this now and it seems a shame that you did not get any comments. It turned out really great, I love the display for the panorama cards!

Tokaido is on my list of games to build a custom insert for, and this looks like the best approach I've seen. The one thing I didn't understand was the large filler piece. Does that go underneath the insert, or on top of everything before the board is placed?
