My SO other and I really enjoy playing this (it's a very different game with two players, admittedly.)(And lately she's become bewildering good, although I did finally beat her yesterday for the first time in ages.)I did read the whole session, but what sticks in my mind is your first move: I took me I can't say how many plays to realize buying something from the Village as you first turn is a mistake *unless* you start with tons of money (say >=7, and even so I'd only buy a one-coin item). Falling behind in money just constrains your options too much. (You want to visit the Farm as rarely as possible, because it's the only stop that never grants you any points.)
