I only watched the first video, however I felt it was well done. It has a good amount of polish to it:- the image effects were crisp and useful in your explanations without being overused,
- the rules were clarified clearly (though I am already well acquainted with the rules), and
- the music provided ambience without overpowering the video.
The only constructive feedback I could offer comes down to more of a personal view (and therefore may not be shared by my fellow bgg's), that being that I felt you used a little too much eye contact in the scenes where the camera was on you. It's good to engage us the viewer of course, but the occasional breakaway to look at the game, or even components you might be holding would go a long way... It feels a tiny bit intense as is.
At least from my perspective. As I said that's more of a personal view, I could be alone in that.
In any case, I like your work and would gladly watch more instructional videos by you. :)
