I played this yesterday, and two of the players were tied in points.
So we turned to the tie-breaker, and they both had the same number of achievement cards. (Tied again!)

So who wins?

Options:

1. The player with the most coins.
2. The game ends in a tie.
3. The player who arrived first at the final inn.
4. Something else?
