The chart is misleading if not dishonest.
There's nothing in the chart about the game itself being included. The $45 level doesn't include the game. The actual game plus extra components, after EB pricing, starts at $75, the Pilgrim level.
The chart lists the board game and expansion on sixth green line as "CE Board Game + Crossroads Expansion". As you state, it is not included in the accessory pack and is included in all other levels. I don't see anything misleading about the chart?
