$60 for those of us in the UK as, inexplicably, we have to pay $15 for postage. At $45, I might have been tempted, but at $60 - no way. As a previous poster said, better to sell the original and stump up $75 for the new set complete with purpose built insert.
It's a pity as I was looking forward to getting the extras.
